Grove at Grand Bay
Grove at Grand Bay is one of the many new development projects set within the Miami region. It is going to be found within the Coconut Grove neighborhood.
The project was inspired by the neighborhood’s historic and cultural richness that drove Bjarke Ingels of BIG Architects to develop a high-rise condominium which would capture the essence of the area while allowing people to experience luxury from within the comfort of modern home spaces which are sure to be appreciated, especially among property buyers who seek contemporary style and architecture.
Grove at Grand Bay will be comprised of two 20-story towers designed by BIG Architects alongside Nochols Brosch Wurst Wolfe and Associates who have created a unique infrastructure that allows all 96 private residences to enjoy breath-taking views of the surrounding areas as each private residence will feature 12-foot high ceilings, 12-foot high floor-to-ceiling windows, 12-foot high glass doors which lead to 12-foot deep terraces.
The Grove at Grand Bay development project is expected to be ready by 2014.
Residents of the Grove at Grand Bay can look forward to:
- A 3-acre site that offers 320 feet of frontage on Bayshore Drive,
- Rooftop deck with infinity-edge pool and cabanas overlooking the bay,
- Access to a fully-equipped fitness center that offers views of the pool,
